Greensky Bluegrass @ The Livery 11.25.2009

Greensky Bluegrass raged The Livery Brewery the night before Thanksgiving. Aaron Engler was there with me and he got the following shots. Nice work Aaron! The show raged. They play a sweet mix of traditionals mixed with gnarly covers and a bunch of originals. Big up to mandolinist Paul Hoffman for writing and singing some sweet lyrics. Greensky has an amazing mix of musicians that are a perfect bluegrass set up for fans of bands like Phish and the Grateful Dead. Their infuluences shine in the deep space jams (yes I said SPACE JAMS in the midst of a bluegrass article) that pop up during GSBG shows. You definately have to check them out.
